Marina V. Vinogradova — Doctor of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor.

In 1995, she graduated from the State Academy of Consumer Services and Economics, specialising in “Economics and Management in Consumer Services, Housing and Utilities, and Urban Economy,” qualifying as an engineer‑economist. In 2002, she defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation (PhD) in the specialisation “Economics and Management of the National Economy,” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in 2003. In 2013, she defended her Doctoral dissertation in the same specialisation, receiving the degree of Doctor of Economic Sciences on October 21, 2013. She has held the academic title of Associate Professor since 2004.

Her total experience in research and teaching spans 30.9 years, with over 11 years in managerial positions.

She began her career in education in 1990, advancing from laboratory assistant to professor. Since 2002, she has published more than 260 scientific and educational works, including publications in Scopus and Web of Science; her percentile in the RSCI core is 13. She holds 17 registered intellectual property results. In 2017, she was awarded the “Citation Leader” diploma for her textbook Management in Service.

Under the supervision of Prof. Vinogradova, more than 500 graduate theses have been successfully completed and defended. Over her career, she has participated in over 50 research projects as an executor or principal investigator, commissioned by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, and other federal and regional bodies, as well as enterprises in the real economy. She has received a Letter of Gratitude from the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for her active contribution to the implementation of its tasks.

Currently, Marina V. Vinogradova serves as Director of the Higher School of Business, Management and Law at the Russian State University of Tourism and Service, while also holding a professorship and engaging in teaching. In her pedagogical work, she actively applies modern educational approaches, including practice‑oriented learning and project‑based activities. She continuously upgrades her professional qualifications as both a manager and educator.
