Abstract
The purpose of the article research was to substantiate the application of the green architecture philosophy to innovative regional rural tourism projects in order to ensure the economic security of their implementation in rural areas. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were set and solved: 1) to conduct a statistical analysis and a literary review of the rural tourism development level; 2) to clarify the rural tourism role in the regional economic development; 3) to identify the rural tourism features for Russia and abroad (that compiles the research object and research subject); 4) to substantiate the application of the concept of the green architecture philosophy in developing and implementing innovative regional rural tourism projects; 5) to determine the stages of ensuring the economic security of innovative regional rural tourism projects. The research object is the regional rural tourism in the context of ensuring the economic security of innovative projects. The research subject includes economic relations, mechanisms, indicators, indicators that are formed in the process of applying the concept of the green architecture philosophy in developing and implementing innovative projects of regional rural tourism in order to ensure economic security. Scientific results of the study are the following: 1) a statistical analysis and a literature review have been conducted, revealing the level and new directions of rural tourism development; 2) the role of rural tourism in the economic development of the region has been identified and the theoretical framework of the study has been clarified; 3) the features of rural tourism in Russia and abroad are synthesized through a classification analysis of objects and subjects of economic relations in rural tourism and service; 4) based on the sustainable development requirements, the new concept application of the green architecture philosophy for developing and implementing innovative projects of regional rural tourism which are consistent with the principles of real nature and the full preservation of regional biodiversity is justified; 5) the stages have been clarified and a map of measures, tools and analytical procedures for ensuring the economic security of innovative projects in the field of regional rural tourism has been proposed.
