The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation implemented a program to subsidize investment projects aimed at building modular non-capital placement funds in 2023-2024. The total amount of financing was 15.3 billion rubles, which allowed to create about 10 thousand rooms.
Under this programme, special attention was paid to the development of rural tourism, namely the construction of collective accommodation facilities and tourist facilities. For these purposes, more than 90 projects with a total cost of 6.6 billion rubles are directed. As a result, 2,100 rooms were created in rural areas.
Some of the most notable projects:
— "Agropark Отраda Happy Farm" (Kaluga region). A unique retreat away from the city includes comfortable barhouses with panoramic views, a riding club, a mini-zoo, a sauna with a bath and a spa. The volume of state support amounted to 7.2 million rubles, 5 rooms were created.
— «Eco-hotel on the goat farm «Dobrynino» (Yaroslavl region). The agroturistic complex combines a working goat farm with a cheese dairy and an eco-hotel in the forest. For project support, 18 million rubles were allocated, 12 rooms were introduced.
— "Agrouristic space of Topopec" (Tver region). Guests have access to tours of the cluster and agricultural enterprise, tasting farm products, operates a store of organic products. Support volume - 73.8 million rubles, entered 51 issue.
