In the RZD trains, robot conductors may soon appear. The first such humanoid has already passed tests during an experimental journey on the high-speed train "Sapsan", said CEO of the company Oleg Belozerov.
According to him, the task of robots will be meeting travelers and checking their documents. "But the main thing is to give a good mood", - the head of the holding was greased.
At the same time, Oleg Belozerov emphasized that robotic systems could not completely displace people from this sphere. In his opinion, employees will control the operation of a large number of automated complexes, and final decision-making will be left to the man.
The Head of RZD also noted that the work of a guide is not only related to technical duties. An important part of it remains communication with passengers and the human attitude towards them, which, according to Oleg Belozerov, makes such a profession particularly difficult.
