Crimean authorities reduced the rent for tourist facilities

In Crimea, measures of support for entrepreneurs have been launched, they include representatives of the tourism industry, said the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov.

"For organizations and individual entrepreneurs renting property of the Republic of Crimea, a reduction in rent by 75% has been established under current lease agreements concluded before June 1, 2026. The support measure will be provided if the leased property is actually used for the production of food, beverages, hotel business and provision of temporary accommodation, activities of sanatorium-resort organizations, children’s recreation, film screenings", he wrote in social media.

As noted by Aksenov, no additional agreements are required, the calculations will be carried out automatically on the basis of data already held by the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Crimea.

"Another business support measure provides for the deferral of land payments under leases for the period from 1 July to 1 November. Deferred rent will need to be paid by 20 December 2026," - said Aksenov.
